Purposes and legal bases
- Quotation requests or expert applications: pre-contractual steps at your request to assess your needs or a potential collaboration.
- General enquiries and business correspondence: legitimate interests in responding and managing the relationship.
- Accepted assignments: performance of the contract; legal obligations for invoicing and accounting.
- Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests in protecting the website.
- Keeping an application in a talent pool after a decision: separate agreement is requested if this retention is proposed.

Information collected
Depending on the form: name, company, email and description of needs; for experts, contact details, experience, skills, qualifications, examples, tools, availability, areas of operation, equipment, indicative rates and professional relationships. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; they must be completed to submit the form. Optional fields may be left blank.
Technical data needed for connection and protection includes network addresses and request information. Forms are not intended for identity documents, banking details, passwords or third parties’ confidential information.
Recipients and service providers
Jean-David Jaïs handles enquiries for Huxpert. Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting and technical form processing; messages are routed to the Gmail inbox [email protected] · +33 6 16 23 03 52, provided by Google. Their services may process data outside the European Economic Area.
Providers describe their transfer mechanisms and safeguards in the Cloudflare data processing terms and Google safeguards, including applicable adequacy mechanisms or standard contractual clauses. You can ask Huxpert for details at the address above.
An expert working on an assignment receives only the information needed after scoping. Applications are not automatically published. No data is sold and no admission decision is made automatically.
Retention periods
- Enquiries without a contract: while being handled, then up to two years after the last exchange, subject to a justified need to retain evidence.
- Applications: during review; unnecessary information is deleted after the decision. Separate retention in a talent pool may be proposed for up to two years after the last contact.
- Assignments: documents needed for the contract and defence of rights for the necessary period, generally five years after the relationship ends, subject to specific legal obligations.
- Invoices and accounting records: ten years from the end of the relevant financial year.
- Abuse prevention: rate-limit counters over a sixty-second window. The forms service does not intentionally log submitted content in application logs. Hosting technical logs follow the provider’s retention periods.
Huxpert deletes retained inbox messages and attachments; this is not automated by the form.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing; depending on the legal basis, you may object to processing, request portability or withdraw consent. Rights do not all apply in the same way, particularly when retention is legally required.

A response is normally given within one month; any justified extension is notified within that period. You may complain to the CNIL.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses no advertising trackers or audience analytics. The host may use mechanisms strictly necessary for security. If optional trackers are added, applicable information and consent requirements will be addressed before activation.
